微空间场域话语“去意识形态化”的竞合机制与协同风险防范

Competition and Cooperation Mechanism and Collaborative Risk Prevention of“De-ideological”Discourse in Micro Space Field

随着移动互联网发展,微空间已经成为当今互联网所特有的思想意识形态交锋场域,但微空间场域中却越来越具有“去意识形态化”的倾向和风险,是对主流意识形态的逆反。文章在阐述微空间“去意识形态化”基本内涵的基础上,分析了其基本特征及其表现,指出微空间“去意识形态化”背后存在的竞合机制。建构的动力因素在于微空间话语主体受资本运行逻辑主宰、话语内容去意识形态化、话语传播媒介去意识形态化、话语场域中主客体互信失衡,而解构的阻力因素在于话语主体主导力量的变化、微空间内容的重构、话语主客体信任机制构建。文章通过分析微空间“去意识形态化”的竞合机制,提出了构建政府主导、多主体参与的协同治理的话语主体,构建宏大叙事与细小相结合的话语内容体系,构建从文字到图像的微空间场域全媒体网络监管协同管理体系,构建加强公众媒介素养与政府网络公信力建设相结合的信任机制等具有针对性的协同治理举措。

With the development of mobile Internet,micro space has become the unique ideological field of today’s Internet.However,the“de-ideological”tendency and risks in the micro space field are increasing,which is against the mainstream ideology.On the basis of expounding the basic connotation of“de-ideology”in micro space,this paper analyzes its basic characteristics and performance.It is pointed out that the competition and cooperation mechanism behind the“de ideologization”of micro space lies in the logical domination of capital operation of the dominant power of discourse subject in micro space,the de-ideologization of discourse content and media,and the imbalance of mutual trust between subject and object in discourse field.The resistance factors of deconstruction lie in the change of dominant power of discourse subject and the content of micro space.Through the analysis of the cooperation mechanism of“de-ideology”in micro space,this paper puts forward the construction of government-led discourse subject of collaborative governance with multi-agent participation,including the construction of discourse content system by combining grand and small narratives,the all-media network supervision collaborative management system of micro space field from text to image,and the trust mechanism of the combination of public media literacy and government network credibility.
