电子及通信设备制造业产业基地发展绩效研究——基于客观序贯关系分析法

Research on the Development Performance of Electronic and Communication Equipment Manufacturing Industry Base:An Objective Sequential Relational Analysis

电子及通信设备制造业作为中国六大高新技术产业之一,是先进装备制造业的典型代表。文章运用“客观序贯关系分析法”(SRA)从经济效益、经济贡献和经济潜力三个维度动态评估了我国五大产业基地电子及通信设备制造业的发展绩效。研究发现,区域发展不平衡是我国电子及通信设备制造业发展的典型特征:珠三角产业基地遥遥领先于其他四个产业基地,而中西部产业基地相对落后。因此,如何缩小不同区域产业基地之间的发展差距,培育新动能,激发发展潜力,是推动中国电子及通信设备制造业高质量发展的关键所在。

Electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry is one of the six high and new technology industries and also the typical representative of the advanced equipment manufacturing industry in China.Based on an objective sequential relational analysis,this paper gives a dynamic evaluation to the regional performance of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry from three perspectives of economic benefits,contribution and potential.It is found that regional imbalance is the typical feature of China’s electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry.The Pearl River Delta industrial base is far ahead of the other four,while the Central and Western Region industrial bases are relatively backward.Therefore,how to narrow the gap between the industrial bases,improve the rate of return on investment,explore the potential and nurture the new driving forces is the key to promoting the sustainable development of China’s electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry.
