摘要
新型分层柔性智能砂带型碾米机采用表面分层磨削、环形砂带和碾米腔室技术,将传统的高压摩擦碾磨替代为低压砂带磨削,从而实现了稻米加工产业的降碎、降温、降耗和增量、增质、增效。
The new rice milling machine adopts surface layered grinding, annular abrasive belt and whitening chamber, replacing the traditional high-pressure friction grinding with low-pressure abrasive belt grinding, realizing the reduction of broken rice rate, temperature rise, power consumption and the increase of output, quality and efficiency in the rice processing industry.
