工作流在企业人员管理中的应用

The Application of Workflow in Enterprise Personnel Management

随着我国社会的不断发展,经济水平逐渐提升,企业之间的竞争尤为激烈,在这个过程中人员之间的管理成为企业的重要内容。基于此,本文对工作流的概念及定义和对企业人员管理的任务进行论述,分析工作流对于企业管理的优点,将经营活动与人为管理相结合,并针对目前存在的问题提出解决方案,希望进一步优化企业的人员配置,给予企业相应的建议和参考。

With the continuous development of society and the gradual improvement of the economic level,the competition among enterprises is especially fierce,and in the process,the management of personnel becomes an important element of enterprises.Based on this,this study mainly focuses on the concept and definition of workflow and the task of enterprise personnel management,analyzes the advantages of workflow for enterprise management,combining business activities with human management,and puts forward solutions to the existing problems,hoping to further optimize the personnel allocation of enterprises and giving enterprises corresponding advice and references.
