摘要 随着科技的迅猛发展,当今世界已经高度信息化,企业由产量和品质之间的竞争转变为创意与人才的竞争。企业要长期经营发展下去就必须重视人才,对人才进行高效、科学地运用,只有进行有效的招聘,对人力资源进行合理地配置,才能有效增强企业的竞争力,提高企业业绩,提升管理水平,因此招聘作为招纳优秀人才的第一步,受到企业的格外关注。现如今,我国大多数中小企业招聘中,招聘人员毫无标准,用人部门没有对该岗位所需人才进行全面分析,了解不够全面,对应聘者能力无法做出准确判断,从而对招聘工作造成巨大的影响。 With the rapid development of science and technology, today’s world has been highly information-based.Enterprises have changed from the competition between output and quality to the competition between creativity and talents. If enterprises want to operate and develop for a long time, they must pay attention to the efficient and scientific use of talents. Only effective recruitment and reasonable allocation of human resources can effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and improve enterprise performance and management level. Therefore, as the first step of attracting excellent talents,recruitment has been paid special attention by enterprises. Nowadays, in the recruitment of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, most of the recruiters have no standards. The employing departments do not conduct a comprehensive analysis of the talents required for the posts, and their understanding was not comprehensive enough, so it is unable to make an accurate judgment according to the abilities of candidates, which has a great impact on the work of the recruitment.
