摘要
在市场经济环境不断变动的背景下,企业人力资源管理模式需要创新,才能更好地提高人人之间、人事之间的协调性,充分发挥企业工作人员的潜能,提高人力资源管理的柔性发展,坚持以人为本的管理思想,对提高工作灵活性具有至关重要的作用。本文首先分析柔性人力资源管理对企业动态经营管理的客观影响,其次探讨企业经营中柔性人力资源管理的问题和关键,最后研究柔性人力资源管理的实际应用,以期对相关研究提供一定的参考。
Under the background of continuous changes in the market economic environment, enterprise human resource management modes need to be innovated to better improve the coordination of personnel and between persons and affairs, give full play to the potential of enterprise staff, and improve the flexible development of human resource management, adhere to the people-oriented management concept, and play a vital role in improving work flexibility. This article firstly analyzes the objective influence of flexible human resource management on the dynamic business management of enterprises, secondly discusses the problems and key issues of flexible human resource management in the enterprise business, and finally studies the practical application of flexible human resource management to provide some references for related research.
