摘要
文中设计了一种适用于超高混凝土主塔建造的新型自动化爬升系统,它能实现轨道与承载架体的承重销自动回位,以及自动切换爬升轨道与爬升承载架体功能,从而实现了全自动爬升,减少了人力和设备投入,提高了爬升效率。同时,该爬升系统机位少,单点承载力高,在保证主塔外观质量的条件下,为筑塔专用设备多功能集成提供关键支撑。在某大桥南索塔的建造应用中,其爬升效率提高约40%,节省人力约50%,具有较大的经济效益。
In this paper,the design of a new automatic climbing system suitable for the construction of super-high concrete main tower is presented.It has the functions of automatically returning the track to the bearing pin of the bearing frame,and automatically switching the climbing track to the climbing frame,so as to achieve full automatic climbing,reduce the investment of manpower and equipment,and improve the climbing efficiency.At the same time,the climbing system has few seats and high single-point bearing capacity,which provides key support for multifunctional integration of special equipment for tower building while ensuring the appearance quality of the main tower.In the construction of the south cable tower of a bridge,the climbing efficiency is improved by about 40%,and the manpower is saved by about 50%,which can bring great economic benefits.
