中西医治疗糖尿病肾病的研究现状

Research Status of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Kidney Disease

糖尿病肾病(DKD)作为糖尿病并发症,是由于患者的长期高血糖状态和代谢紊乱引起的肾小球硬化症,可对患者生命安全造成威胁。针对DKD,临床以药物治疗为主,血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2抑制剂等西药虽然能有效降低患者血糖水平,但患者容易对药物产生依赖,且不良反应较多,不利于长期服用。中医历史悠久,在DKD治疗中具有独特的优势,能对DKD进行辨证分型,并应用单味中药、中成药、复方中药开展治疗,能有效缓解患者临床症状,控制疾病进展,疗效确切。文章先简要分析DKD发病机制,之后分别讨论中医、西医、中西医结合治疗糖尿病的现状。

Diabetic Kidney Disease(DKD),as a complication of diabetes,is glomerulosclerosis caused by long-term hyperglycemia and metabolic disorders,which may threaten patients’life safety.Drug therapy is the main clinical treatment for DKD.Western medicine such as angiotensin II receptor antagonist,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitor can effectively reduce the blood glucose level of patients,they are prone to incur drug dependence and adverse reactions,which is not conducive to long-term use.Traditional Chinese Medicine has a long history and has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of DKD.DKD can be differentiated and treated with single Chinese medicine,proprietary Chinese medicine and compound Chinese medicine,which effectively relieve patients’clinical symptoms and control disease progression,with definite curative effect.This paper briefly analyzes the pathogenesis of DKD,and then discusses the current status of TCM,Western medicine and integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of diabetes.
