Progress of External Fixator in the Treatment of Intra-articular Calcaneal Fractures

跟骨关节内骨折属于临床常见足踝部损伤,这一类型骨折的治疗主要围绕复原正常关节力学结构、消除软组织损伤来展开,外固定支架作为各类跟骨关节内骨折治疗的重要辅助手段,其在促进骨折复位、调节软组织回缩张力等方面的作用受到临床广泛关注。考虑到不同类型的外固定支架在实际应用中的优劣势均有所不同,现就这一项技术在跟骨关节内骨折治疗中的应用价值进行分析,旨在为临床跟骨关节内骨折技术方案的制定提供有效建议。

Intra-articular calcaneal fractures are common foot and ankle injuries in clinic.The treatment of this type of fracture mainly focuses on restoring normal joint mechanical structure and eliminating soft tissue injury.As an important auxiliary means for the treatment of various intra-articular calcaneal fractures,external fixator plays an important role in promoting fracture reduction and regulating soft tissue retraction tension,and is thus widely concerned in clinic.Considering that different types of external fixators have different advantages and disadvantages in practical application,this paper analyzes the application value of this technology in the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures,in order to provide effective suggestions for the formulation of technical schemes for clinical intra-articular calcaneal fractures.
