氯米芬联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗不孕的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Clomiphene Combined with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin(HCG)in the Treatment of Infertility

目的探究氯米芬联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)对于治疗不孕症的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的不孕患者150例,并以抛硬币的方法均分为为对照组和观察组各75例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组采用氯米芬联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗方法,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比研究。结果治疗后,两组患者的卵泡直径、LH、FSH等指标均优于治疗前,且观察组的各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的44.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者受孕率为64.00%,明显高于对照组的30.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联用氯米芬与人绒毛膜对不孕患者进行治疗,能够使患者的LH与FSH得以有效改善,且药物联用并无严重不良反应影响患者身体,值得于临床进行推广与使用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of clomiphene combined with human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in the treatment of infertility.Methods Weselect150 infertile patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,and divide them randomly into control group and observation groupby coin tossing method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with clomiphene combined with human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG).The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The follicle diameter,LH,FSH and other indicators of the two groups were better after treatment,and the indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%,which was significantly lower than the 44%in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was 64.00%,which was significantly higher than the 30.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of clomiphene and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)can effectively improve the LH and FSH of infertile patients,and the combination use of drugs has no serious adverse reactions on patient’s body,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
