富马酸丙酚替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎的研究进展

Research progress of Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B

慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)是指机体受到乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染后发展至慢性阶段的一系列症状,目前多采取核苷酸类药物、干扰素等抗病毒药物以阻止HBV定植。富马酸丙酚替诺福韦(TAF)是HBV感染所致慢性病变的常用药物,该药具有较强的血浆稳定性及肝脏靶向性,应用于人体可对肾脏组织造成较低的损害。现就该药在CHB治疗中的临床研究作一综述,以期推动HBV慢性感染及乙型肝炎药物治疗水平的提升。

Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)refers to a series of symptoms that the body develops to the chronic stage after being infected by hepatitis B virus(HBV).At present,antiviral drugs such as nucleotide drugs and interferon are mostly used to prevent HBV colonization.Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate(TAF)is a commonly used drug for chronic diseases caused by HBV infection,which has strong plasma stability and liver targeting.When applied to human body,the damage to renal tissue is low.This paper reviews the clinical research of this drug in the treatment of CHB,thus promoting the curative effect of drugs in treating HBV chronic infection and CHB.
