摘要
消防水源是消防灭火救援实战的重要资源,主要有市政和单位内部消火栓与部分天然、人造水源。熟悉辖区水源非常重要,随着城镇化进程的不断加快,市政水务建设突飞猛进,单纯靠人员进行实地熟悉测试已不能满足日益发展变化的城市消防需要。为提高灭火救援效率,从水源管理流程出发,结合水源采集与管理工作内容,基于移动4G/5G及互联网设计了消防水源取水管理系统,详细介绍了系统架构和主要功能,并展示系统部分实际应用效果,为消防灭火救援工作高效开展提供技术支撑。
Firewater comes mainly from municipal and entities owned fire hydrants and some natural and artificial water sources.Therefore,it is of vital importance for the fire protection services to know the water sources in the fire areas.With the acceleration of urbanization process,it cannot meet the growing needs of urban fire protection to rely solely on manual surveys of such sources.This paper introduces the design of a 4G/5G network and Internet-based firewater supply management system with the water source management process as its framework and water source collection and management as its content.It also elaborates in detail the system infrastructure and main functions,and explains the effectiveness of the system in practice.
