Foreign police training is of great strategic significance,and to promote the smooth development of foreign police training,translation is essential.Based on the translation theory of“equivalence”,this paper demonstrates the importance and forms of“equivalence”translation,and lists the translation process of“equivalence”with the help of semantic transformation.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that Chinese English translation in police training should be“equivalent”.
