摘要
从理论出发,探讨健脾利湿经典方七味白术散通过调控肠道菌群,对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的主要机理,为中医药在防治2型糖尿病方面提供理论依据。
The main mechanism of the classic formulation for invigorating spleen and removing dampness Qiwei Baizhu powder in the improvement of insulin resistance(IR)of type two diabetes mellitus(T2DM)by regulating intestinal flora was surveyed based on the theory,in a bid to provide theoretical reference for TCM in the prevention and treatment of T2DM.
