摘要 建立稚儿灵颗粒的质量等级评价方法。收集市场上4个厂家共24批次稚儿灵颗粒样品,采用中华人民共和国卫生部标准WS_(3)-B-0856—1991和探索性研究相结合的方法,对鉴别、检查、指纹图谱、多组分含量测定结果进行研究,综合各项指标,通过方差分析、聚类分析和主成分分析等多种统计分析,筛选分级指标进行稚儿灵颗粒等级划分研究。建立主成分分析模型,并与商品信息中的等级进行对比,确定等级划分模式。初步建立稚儿灵颗粒的质量等级评价模式,制定了稚儿灵颗粒一级、二级质量等级标准。所建立的等级划分标准可用于综合评价稚儿灵颗粒制剂质量。 The quality grade evaluation method of Zhierling Granules was established.A total of 24 batches of Zhierling Granule samples from 4 manufacturers in the market were collected.The identification,inspection,fingerprint and multi-component content determination results were studied by using the combination of Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China standard WS3-B-0856—1991 and exploratory research.The classification indexes were selected through various statistical analysis such as analysis of variance,cluster analysis and principal component analysis.The principal component analysis model was established and compared with the grade in the commodity information to determine the grade division mode.The quality grade evaluation model of Zhierling Granules was preliminarily established,and the first and second quality grade standards of Zhierling Granules were formulated.The established grading standard can be used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Zhierling Granules.
