摘要 锂离子电池核容维护需要现场人工操作,加剧了人力紧张,阻碍了锂离子电池替换直流电源系统中铅酸电池的应用。文章提出了一种基于间歇充电运行方式的锂离子电池直流电源系统及其远程运维方案,通过采用间歇充电方式,实现了充放电循环使用的锂离子电池长期满容量备电,核容放电期间的蓄电池在线备电,充电期间的蓄电池在线热失控阻断;通过远程发令启动、远程持续监视和对本地告警和运行异常的远程应急处置,实现了蓄电池核容维护的全过程、全状态自动运行,并在运行失常后将锂离子电池维持在低风险稳定状态。通过在2座110 kV变电站示范运行,充放电在内的全过程耗时不超过5 h,磷酸铁锂电池表面温度不超过50℃,解决了锂离子电池直流电源系统推广面临的技术问题。 The maintenance of lithium-ion battery capacity-checking requires on-site manual operation,which intensifies the shortage of manpower and hinders the application of lithium-ion battery to replace lead-acid battery in DC power supply system.In this paper,a lithium-ion battery DC power supply system based on intermittent charging operation mode and its remote operation and maintenance scheme are proposed.By using intermittent charging mode,the long-term full capacity standby of lithium-ion battery used in charge and discharge cycle,the on-line standby of battery during capacity-checking discharge,and the on-line thermal runaway blocking of battery during charging are realized.Through remote startup,remote continuous monitoring and remote emergency response to local alarm and abnormal operation,the whole process and full state automatic operation of battery capacity-checking maintenance is realized,and the lithium-ion battery is maintained in a low-risk stable state after abnormal operation.Through demonstration operation in two 110 kV substations,the whole process including charge and discharge takes no more than 5 hours,and the surface temperature of lithium-ion phosphate battery does not exceed 50℃,which solves the technical problems faced by the promotion of lithium-ion battery DC power supply system.
