考虑挤压和壁面滑移作用的磁流变液流动分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对圆筒式磁流变传动装置中传力介质磁流变液受压强差、工作间隙、黏度等因素作用进而影响递转矩的问题,根据能量守恒方程和壁面滑移系数建立流速模型。基于FLUENT软件对流速进行模拟仿真,研究了不同工作间隙对流速分布规律的影响,分析了黏度与剪切应力的关系。研究表明,工作间隙与流速分布有关,对流速大小及剪切应力影响不大,磁流变液黏度会影响挤压作用产生的效果,转速越大,传递力矩越大,在工作间隙3mm时传递的力矩最大。 Aiming at the problem of the pressure difference,working clearance and viscosity of the magnetorheological fluid in a cylindrical magnetorheological transmission device and then affecting torque transmission,a velocity model was established based on the energy conservation equation and wall slip coefficient. Based on FLUENT software,the simulation of flow velocity was carried out. The influence of different working clearances on the distribution of flow velocity was studied. The relationship between viscosity and shear stress was analyzed.The results show that the working clearance is only related to the velocity distribution,and has little effect on the flow velocity and shear stress. Magnetorheological fluid viscosity will affect the extrusion effect.The greater the rotational speed,the greater the transfer moment,the greater the transfer moment,and when the working clearance is 3 mm,the transfer moment is the largest.
