摘要
为了研究在激光熔覆过程中不同的扫描方式对薄壁圆筒变形的影响,实验通过在熔覆过程中利用传感器测量指定位置的动态变形过程和三坐标测量最终变形数值的方式,分析圆筒不同点位数值变化和熔覆圆筒自由端面的形变情况。结果表明,在单向熔覆扫描方式中,平行轴扫描径向整体变形小于周向扫描,轴向变形是圆周扫描的1/5。连续扫描中周向扫描的径向变形靠近自由端变形大于平行轴扫描,远离自由端变形小于平行轴扫描,轴向最终变形程度比平行轴大28.5%。周向扫描的方向性对于轴向上的变形无明显差别,主要区别在径向上的变形。该研究结果对熔覆在薄壁圆筒件上的变形具有一定的参考意义。
In order to study the effect of different scanning methods on the deformation of thin-walled cylinders during laser cladding,the experiment analyzes the different points of the cylinder by measuring the dynamic deformation process of the specified position and the final deformation value of the three-coordinate measurement during the cladding process. The change in the position value and the deformation of the free end face of the cladding cylinder. The results show that in the unidirectional cladding scanning mode,the radial deformation of the parallel axis scan is smaller than the circumferential scan,and the axial deformation is 1/5 of the circumferential scan. The radial deformation of the circumferential and parallel axis scans in the continuous scan is opposite to the near-distance change from the free end,and the final axial deformation of the circumferential scan mode is 28.5% larger than the parallel axis. The directionality of the circumferential scan has no significant difference with respect to the deformation in the axial direction,mainly distinguishing the deformation in the radial direction. The results of this study have certain reference significance for the deformation of cladding on thin-walled cylindrical parts.
