从科学实践哲学视角看中医现代临床科研中“证”的演化及其意义

On the evolutionary significance of“Zheng”in modern clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of scientific practical philosophy

从传统中医学知识到中医现代科学知识,是当代中医临床科研中知识转化的主要路径,变迁的背后是中医“证”的演化。文章结合中医“证”的近现代研究进路,分析了中医名称规范化研究、标准化研究以及实证化研究的过程,分析了中医“证”的规范性和历史性冲突,强调中医传统地方性知识的重要性。并指出采用广阔和综合的视角去看待传统医学的近现代发展,认为现代中医临床科研的哲学认识多样化会提供更为真实客观的图景。

From traditional Chinese medicine knowledge to modern scientific knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine is the main path of knowledge transformation in contemporary clinical scientific research of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Behind the change is the evolution of“Zheng”of TCM.Combined with the modern research approach of TCM“Zheng”,this paper analyzes the process of TCM name normalization research,standardization research and empirical research.This paper analyzes the normative and historical conflict of“Zheng”of TCM,and emphasizes the importance of local knowledge.It is pointed out that we should adopt a broad and comprehensive perspective to look at the modern development of traditional medicine,and believe that the diversification of philosophical understanding of modern clinical scientific research of TCM will provide a more objective picture.
