Deepen and Expand the External Circulation of My Country’s Manufacturing Supply Chain

受疫情、地缘政治及产业转型升级等多种因素影响,全球供应链加速重组,直接影响到我国制造业的供应链安全。我国在加快构建国内大循环的同时,应抓住RCEP正式实施和中国-东盟自贸区“升级版”建设等机遇,积极改变现有制造业供业链分布逻辑,从单纯追求生产效率最大化到兼顾效率与安全的多维目标转化,不断深化和拓展制造业供应链国际外循环,促进我国制造业实现平稳发展。

Affected by various factors such as the epidemic, geopolitics, and industrial transformation and upgrading, the accelerated restructuring of the global supply chain has directly affected the supply chain security of my country’s manufacturing industry. While accelerating the construction of a domestic cycle, China should seize opportunities such as the official implementation of RCEP and the construction of an “upgraded version” of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, and actively change the distribution logic of the existing manufacturing supply chain, from the pure pursuit of maximum production efficiency. To the transformation of multi-dimensional goals that take into account efficiency and safety, we will continue to deepen and expand the international external circulation of the manufacturing supply chain, and promote the steady development of my country’s manufacturing industry.
