摘要
本文以OBE理念为基础,根据理论教学体系、实验教学体系、学生对供应链教学的满意度情况、学生的就业方向等方面的实际情况,对“供应链管理”一流课程进行了建设。建设的过程主要包括以下几个方面:首先,明确定义供应链管理课程群培养目标;然后,构建“供应链管理”课程教学产出体系,对“供应链管理”课程内容进行梳理;构建课程教学资源库;完善“供应链管理”课程教学评价体系。通过以上的建设措施,“供应链管理”一流课程建设取得了初步的成效,提高了学生的课程满意度;学生在国内外的大赛中收获丰厚;提高了学生供应链管理类岗位的就业竞争力。
Based on the OBE concept, this paper constructs a first-class course of “Supply Chain Management” according to the actual situation of theoretical teaching system, experimental teaching system, students’ satisfaction with supply chain teaching, and students’ employment orientation. The construction process mainly includes the following aspects: first, clearly define the training objectives of the supply chain management course group;then, construct the teaching output system of the “supply chain management” course, and sort out the content of the “supply chain management” course;construct the course teaching Resource database;improve the teaching evaluation system of “Supply Chain Management” course. Through the above construction measures, the first-class course construction of “Supply Chain Management” has achieved preliminary results and improved students’ satisfaction with the course;students have gained a lot in competitions at home and abroad;and the employment competitiveness of students in supply chain management positions has been improved.
