摘要
[目的]筛选适应枇杷枝屑代料栽培的香菇菌株。[方法]通过枇杷枝屑代料栽培香菇研究,比较10个香菇菌株的菌丝生长速度、子实体生长状况、生物学效率等指标。[结果]香菇939、808这2个菌株的菌丝生长速度快,转色早,现蕾早,子实体产量高,商品性状好,适合枇杷枝屑代料栽培。[结论]为科学利用枇杷枝屑栽培香菇提供依据。
[Objective] The aim was to screen lentinus edodes suitable for loquat sawdust substitute cultivation. [Method] The growth rate of mycelia,fruiting body and biological efficiency of 10 lentinus edodes strains were compared through the cultivation with loquat branches as substitute material. [Result] The two strains of Lentinus edodes 939 and 808 had fast mycelia growth,early color transformation,early bud emergence,high fruiting body yield and good commercial character,which were suitable for loquat branch cuttings cultivation. [Conclusion] The results provided basis for scientific cultivation of lentinus edodes.
