摘要
[目的]筛选出适宜泉州市种植的紫甘薯新品种。[方法]采取完全随机区组试验设计,以福宁紫3号为对照,2018—2020年引进的13份紫甘薯品种进行品种区域试验,从19个形态特征、8个薯块特征、10个收获期农艺性状和4个主要经济性状等方面进行筛选。[结果]筛选出了优质食用型品种兼高花青素型品种龙紫12号,可在生产与育种上加以利用;福宁紫6号和徐紫8号等2份种质可作为高花青素型品种亲本种质应用于杂交育种;福薯34、龙紫221和金农薯1号可作为紫肉高产种进一步扩大试种;其他品种可作为种质应用于杂交育种。[结论]可为我国紫甘薯的品种选育、推广及产业化应用提供参考。
[Objective] The aim was to screen out new purple sweet potato varieties suitable for planting in Quanzhou. [Method] A completely randomized block experiment design was adopted,with Funingzi 3 as the control,13 purple sweet potato varieties introduced from 2018 to 2020 to conduct a variety regional test,from19 morphological characteristics,8 tuber characteristics,10 agronomic traits at harvest and 4 main economic traits. [Result] High-quality edible variety and high-anthocyanin variety Longzi 12 was selected for use in production and breeding;Funingzi 6 and Xuzi 8 can be used as the parent germplasm of high-anthocyanin varieties for hybrid breeding;Fushu 34,Longzi 221 and Jinnongshu 1 can be used as a high-yield purple variety to further expand the trial planting;other varieties can be used as germplasm used in cross breeding.[Conclusion] The result could provide references for variety breeding and application.
