草地贪夜蛾非化学防控措施田间应用效果评价

Field Evaluation of Non-chemical Control Measures for Spodoptera litura

[目的]开展不同用药方式下的田间应用效果评价试验,从中筛选出高效的非化学防控施药方法和施药剂量,为当前草地贪夜蛾防治提供合理的用药参考,从而促进肇庆市玉米产业健康发展。[方法]采用12种非化学防治防控措施,开展不同用药方式下的田间应用效果评价试验,施药后第1天、第3天、第7天调查挂牌标记玉米上草地贪夜蛾数量,计算防治效果。[结果]采用0.3%印楝素乳油稀释500倍,分2次施药,第1次施药在草地贪夜蛾卵孵期至低龄幼虫期(1~2龄)进行,按1.2~1.5 L/hm^(2),兑水45~60 L/hm^(2)粗雾灌心;第2次施药,0.3%印楝素乳油稀释1 000倍+5%高氯·甲维盐微乳剂稀释1 000倍,混合均匀喷雾,对草地贪夜蛾低龄和高龄(4~6龄)幼虫的防效最佳。[结论]印楝素乳油对草地贪夜蛾具有较好的防治效果,喇叭口点施方式节省药剂、提高对高龄幼虫的防效,在防治草地贪夜蛾等害虫方面具有广阔的应用前景。

[Objective]Field application effect evaluation experiments under different application methods were carried out to screen out efficient non-chemical application methods and dosages for the prevention and control of Spodoptera litura,so as to provide reasonable reference for the current control and promote the healthy development of corn industry in Zhaoqing city.[Method]12 kinds of non-chemical prevention and control measures were used to evaluate the effect of field application in different ways.[Result]The number of Spodoptera litura on maize was investigated on the first,third and seventh days after application,and the control effect was calculated.Among them,0.3%Azadirachtin EC was diluted 500 times and applied twice.The first application was carried out from the egg incubation stage to the low instar larva stage(1~2 instars)of Spodoptera litura,with 1.2-1.5 mL/hm^(2)and 45-60 L/hm^(2)thick fog mixed with water;Second times of pesticide application,0.3%Azadirachtin cream,diluted 1 000 times,+5%high chlorine and methylene salt microemulsion diluted 1 000 times,mixing evenly spray.The control effect on the young and old larvae(4;~6;instar)of Spodoptera litura was the best.[Conclusion]Azadirachtin EC had a good control effect on Spodoptera litura.Horn mouth application saved chemicals and improved the control effect on elderly larvae.It had a broad application prospect in the control of Spodoptera litura and other pests.
