摘要
总结国内铁路信号系统发展新需求,在现有列车完整性检查方案的基础上,对下一代列控系统完整性检查需求进行分析。提出一种基于北斗卫星的列车完整性检查技术方案,并对系统进行初步设计;在该方案的基础上应用FMECA方法,对系统进行风险分析。这种基于北斗卫星的列车完整性检查方案在解决现有方案存在问题的同时,还能够满足国内的铁路对下一代列控系统发展提出的新需求。
This paper summarizes the new requirements for the development of China's railway signaling system,analyzes the integrity inspection requirements of the next generation train control system based on the introduction of the existing train integrity inspection program,proposes a technical scheme for train integrity inspection based on Beidou satellites and carries out the preliminary design for the system.On the basis of the scheme,the paper also analyzes the risk of the system by FMECA method.The train integrity inspection scheme based on Beidou satellite can not only solve the problems of the existing scheme,but also meet the new requirements of the development of China's railways for the next generation train control system.
