摘要
通过对一起管内首次出现的动车组在ZPW-2000R轨道电路调谐区内紧急制动的故障进行深度分析,从列车自动防护系统(Automatic Train Protection,ATP)记录和现场模拟动车走行实际测试得出的数据同时进行分析计算,相互验证结论,研究调谐区内车速过慢导致紧急制动的原因。举一反三,再比对ZPW-2000A型与ZPW-2000R型轨道电路结构上的区别,提出解决方案,避免类似故障再次发生,确保铁路运输安全。
Through in-depth analysis of an emergency brake fault of EMU in ZPW-2000R track circuit tuning area for the fi rst time within the control area,and the analysis and calculation of ATP data and the data obtained from actual test of simulated train running on site for verifying each other,this paper investigates the causes of abnormal brake caused by too slow vehicle speed in the tuning area.On the other hand,by compared the structural diff erences between ZPW-2000A and ZPW-2000R track circuits,the paper proposes solutions to avoid the recurrence of similar failures and ensure the safety of rail transport.
