经腹壁超声、增强MRI检查对女性宫内占位性病变诊断价值研究

Diagnostic Value of Transabdominal Ultrasound and Enhanced MRI for Female Intrauterine Space Occupying Lesions

目的分析经腹壁超声、增强MRI检查对女性宫内占位性病变诊断价值。方法收集本院2017年1月至2019年7月收治的122例接受手术治疗的宫内占位性病变患者的临床资料作为研究对象,所有患者在手术前均进行经腹壁超声和MRI检查。对患者所得图像进行分析,以病理检查结果为基准,对比经腹壁超声、MRI检查对女性宫内占位性病变诊断准确性。结果经腹壁.超声对子宫.内膜息肉、子宫内膜癌检出.率分别为89.47%、79.59%,明显低于MRI检查(97.36%.、97.95%);对宫内占.位性病变诊断总.准确率为84.42%,明显低于MRI(98.36%)检查(P<0.001)。结论经腹壁超声、MRI检查均可为宫内占位性病变诊断提供典型影像学依据,但MRI检查相对诊断准确率高,可降低误诊及漏诊率。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasound and enhanced MRI for female intrauterine space occupying lesions. Methods The clinical data of 122 patients with intrauterine spaceoccupying lesions treated in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2019 were collected. All patients underwent transabdominal ultrasound and MRI before surgery. The images of the patients were analyzed, and the results of pathological examination were used as the benchmark. The diagnostic accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound and MRI in the diagnosis of intrauterine space occupying lesions was compared. Results The detection rates of endometrial polyps and endometrial cancer by transabdominal ultrasound were 89.47% and 79.59%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those by MRI(97.36%, 97.95%), and the total accuracy in diagnosis of intrauterine space-occupying lesions was 84.42%, which was significantly lower than that of MRI(98.36%)(P<0.001). Conclusion Transabdominal ultrasound and MRI can provide typical imaging basis for the diagnosis of intrauterine space-occupying lesions, but the relative accuracy of MRI examinations is high, which can reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate.
