Diagnostic Value of MSCT and Color Doppler Ultrasound for Bladder Tumors

目的分析MSCT与彩色多普勒超声(SDUS对膀胱肿瘤的诊断价值。方法选取本院2017年4月至2019年8月收治的75例膀胱肿瘤患者为研究对象,患者均进行MSCT与SDUS检查,对患者所得SDUS、MSCT图像进行分析,并以病理检查结果为基准,计算MSCT与SDUS对膀胱肿瘤的诊断正确率以及分期准确性。结果.MSCT与S.DUS对膀.胱肿瘤的诊断准确率分别为9600%、9866%(P>005);MSCT与SDUS对膀胱.肿瘤分期中T3期诊断准.确性存在差.异,SDUS为7500%明显低.于MSCT(9642%)(P<005.);T2期SD.US检查为9545%稍高于MSCT检查(8181%)(P>005)。结论MSCT与SDUS检查对膀胱肿瘤均有一定的诊断价值,为肿瘤临床分期提供参考,但MSCT检查对于肿瘤T3期诊断价值高于SDUS。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of MsCT and color Doppler ultrasound(sDUs) for bladder tumors. Methods 75 patients with bladder tumors treated in our hospital from April 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were examined by Ms CT and s DUs. The s DUs and Ms CT images of the patients were analyzed. Based on the results of pathological examination, the accuracy of Ms CT and s DUs in the diagnosis of bladder tumors and the diagnostic accuracy for staging were calculated. Results The diagnostic accuracy of Ms CT and s DUs for bladder tumors were 96.00% and 98.66%,(P>0.05). There was difference in the diagnostic accuracy for T;stage of bladder tumors between Ms CT and s DUs. The accuracy of s DUs was 75.00%, which was significantly lower than that of Ms CT(96.42%)(P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of s DUs for T;stage was 95.45% slightly higher than that of Ms CT(81.81%)(P>0.05). Conclusion Both Ms CT and s DUs examinations have some diagnostic value for bladder tumors and provide references for clinical staging of tumors, but Ms CT examination have a higher diagnostic value for tumor T;stage than sDUs.
