吉林省老年人体育健身活动现状与变化特点

Current Situation and Changing Characteristics of Physical Fitness Activities for the Elderly in Jilin Province

该研究利用2020年吉林省全民健身活动状况调查中60周岁及以上老年人群的相关数据,对其参加体育健身活动的状况进行统计与分析,并与2014年相比,旨在全面了解、掌握吉林省老年人参加体育健身活动的基本情况及相关影响因素,为政府及相关部门制定老年人群的体育健身活动相关政策及不断提升该省老年人健康水平及生活质量提供科学的参考依据。该次调查采用三阶段分层与人口规模成比例的概率抽样方法,从全省抽取14个区县的182个村(居)委会,采用入户和数据电子化上传的方式开展调查,共获取60周岁及以上的城乡居民有效样本量716例,男性占51.7%,女性占48.3%,城镇占61.9%,乡村占38.1%;所有数据均采用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行统计分析。

Based on the relevant data of the elderly aged 60 and above in the national fitness activity survey of Jilin Province in 2020,this study makes statistics and analysis on their participation in sports fitness activities,and compared it with 2014.The purpose is to fully understand and master the basic situation and relevant influencing factors of the elderly participating in sports fitness activities in Jilin Province,so as to provide a scientific reference for the government and relevant departments to formulate sports fitness activities related policies for the elderly and continuously improve the health level and quality of life of the elderly in Jilin Province.The survey adopts the probability sampling method of three-stage stratification proportional to the population size.182 village(neighborhood)committees in 14 districts and counties are selected from the whole province.A valid sample size of 716 urban and rural residents aged 60 and above was obtained,of which 51.7%were male and 48.3%were female;61.9%in urban areas and 38.1%in rural areas;all data were analyzed using SPSS19.0 statistical software.
