初中起点公费师范生“人师”培养的内容探析

On the Content of Training “Renshi” for Public-funded Normal Students Graduated from Junior High School

摘要 初中起点公费师范生是以初中毕业为起点公费定向培养的师范生群体,是我国广大乡村地区未来教育师资的有生力量。对其加强“人师”培养对稳定乡村教师队伍,提高乡村教育质量,促进乡村教育振兴及民族振兴具有重大意义。初中起点公费师范生“人师”培养的内容主要包括爱国、爱乡情怀的培育、奉献精神的培育、教师职业理想的培育、人文素养培育、人生观教育以及突出学识的积淀和加强政治观、道德观教育等。初中起点公费师范生融入“人师”培养内容需要高校教师提升自身素养,需要合理利用各种实践载体,也需要发挥多主体的协同作用。 Public-funded normal students graduated from junior high school are a group of normal students at the starting point of junior high school trained to be teachers for rural areas. They are a vital force for future education in the country’s rural areas. It is of great significance to strengthen the training of “Renshi” to stabilize the team of rural teachers, improve the quality of rural education, and promote the revitalization of rural education and national rejuvenation. The content of training “Renshi” for public-funded normal students graduated from junior high school mainly includes the cultivation of patriotism and love for the hometown, the cultivation of dedication, the cultivation of teachers’ professional ideals, the cultivation of humanistic qualities, the education of outlook on life and highlight the accumulation of knowledge and strengthen education of political and moral values.Besides, self-improvement, the proper use of media and the synergy of multiple subjects are necessary.
