摘要
经过二十余年发展,我国教育硕士专业学位结构在区域布局方面呈现东南部密集、西部稀疏的特点;在院校布局方面,以非“双一流”高校和师范院校作为培养主体;在专业布局方面,专业设置日趋多样。研究发现,经济社会发展水平影响教育硕士专业学位授权点的区域布局,培养单位的层次类型影响教育硕士专业学位的院校布局,社会需求影响教育硕士的专业及领域布局。因此,优化教育硕士专业学位布局结构,需要适当照顾教育硕士专业学位布点薄弱省区,充分发挥不同层次不同类型院校的办学积极性,以需求为导向调整专业种类及领域。
After more than 20 years’ development, the distribution structure of Ed.M. professional degree graduate education in China shows such characteristics: it’s concentrated in the southeast, while sparse in the west;it’s undertaken mostly by the non “double wolrd-class”university and the normal university;it’s diversified on the aspect of program distribution. It finds that the level of economic and social development affects the regional distribution of Ed.M. professional degree authorized units;the levels and categories of institutions affects its distribution, and the social demand affects the distribution of its programs. To optimize the distribution structure of Ed.M. professional degree, it is necessary to introduce supportive policies for the provinces with weak distribution, take the advantage of different colleges and universities in cultivating Ed.M., and adjust the types and fields of Ed.M. according to the demands.
