摘要
从老年人学习智慧生理需求方面来说,衰老是无法避免的自然规律,但是学习却可以巩固和提高老年人的认知能力;从老年人学习心理需求方面来说,老年人因为某些现实需求和冲突,有时在认知、情感、行为等层面表现出比年轻人更强烈的再学习欲望,用以满足对自我、社会和生命发展的需求。因此,当代老年人的学习应该指向多维向的、多层次的、多价值的构建范式,主要表征为:从自我需求到现实需求的目标转向;从单向指引到多向互动的场域转向;从娱乐至上到生命体验的过程转向;从单一完结到螺旋上升的序列转向。
In terms of their psychological needs for learning, because of some realistic needs and conflicts, sometimes the elderly show stronger desire to re-learn than the young such as cognition, emotion and behavior, so as to meet their needs for self, society and life development. Therefore, the learning of the contemporary elderly people should be oriented to the multi-dimensional, multi-level and multi-value construction paradigm, which is mainly characterized by the goal shift from self-needs to realistic needs: from one-way guidance to multi-directional interaction;from entertainment first to life experience;from a single end to a spiral raise.
