摘要
“十四五”时期是我国经济社会发展的重要历史性窗口期,也是我国全面完成小康社会建设战略目标,向全面实现社会主义现代化迈进承上启下的关键期。推动新时期校外教育高质量发展,要力求把握基础教育发展的脉动走向,从校外教育的政策沿革中把握功能定位,探索推动校外教育高质量发展的有效途径,寻找落实校外教育高质量发展的举措。
The 14th Five-Year Plan(2021-2025)period is a historic timing for China’s economic and social development,and is also a critical period for China to complete the strategic goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and move towards the full realization of socialist modernization.To achieve the high-quality development of after-school education in the new era,we must strive to grasp the trend of basic education,revise the function of afterschool education from the policy evolution,explore the effective channels to the high-quality development,and ensure that relevant measures be put into practice.
