摘要 中国重型机械研究院股份公司自主设计的国内首套800 mm六辊精密铜带冷轧机组,在安徽楚江科技新材料股份有限公司热试成功并投入生产。该机组研发了无死区弯辊系统、机械自锁横移系统、高效非接触式除油系统、全区抽排烟系统等创新技术,确保了产品性能、精度和成材率;设备控制系统采用全数字化分布式控制网络结构,数据交换全部经由容错编码的通讯技术处理,确保系统无差错信息互传;其液压系统完全由国内自主集成开发,主要元器件选用标准通用单元,利于模块化设计及后期维护。该机组最薄轧制厚度达到0.05 mm(轧薄能力超过设计值),厚差小于2ηm。该机组满足用户的产品大纲和要求,实现了高可靠性、高稳定性、易维护性和可扩展性的铜带轧制。 The first set of 800 mm six-roll precision copper strip cold rolling mill unit independently designed by China Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd.was successfully tested and put into production in Anhui Truchum Advanced Materials&Technology Co.,Ltd.The unit has developed innovative technologies such as roll bending system without dead zone,mechanical self-locking traverse system,high efficiency non-contact oil removal system,whole area smoke extraction system,to ensure product performance,accuracy and material rate.The equipment control system adopts fully digital distributed control network structure,and data exchange is processed by fault-tolerant communication technology to ensure error-free information transmission.The hydraulic system is entirely domestic,the main components are standard universal units,conducive to modular design and later maintenance.The thinnest rolling thickness of the unit is 0.05 mm(the rolling capacity exceeds the design value),and the thickness difference is less than 2ηm.The unit meets the product outline and requirements of user realizing high reliability,high stability,easy maintainability and scalability.
