摘要
开展了发电机爪极高温模锻和半固态成形的工艺研究,分析了爪极成形过程中材料流动的规律和不同成形参数下成形载荷的变化情况,对比了不同爪极成形工艺的能耗。首先利用Deform-3D软件建立了爪极成形的有限元计算模型,通过计算得到了高温和半固态材料填充模具型腔的完整过程。然后分析了成形过程中模具型腔内部材料的流动规律、温度变化和成形载荷变化的情况。爪极的半固态成形工艺比热锻成形工艺,最大成形载荷减少73%,成形过程的能量消耗减少83%。
The process of high temperature die forging and semi-solid forming of generator claw pole are studied.The law of material flow in claw pole forming process and the change of forming load under different forming parameters are analyzed,and the energy consumption of different claw pole forming processes is compared.Firstly,the finite element calculation model of claw pole forming is established by using Deform-3 D software.Through calculation,the complete process of filling the die cavity with high temperature and semi-solid materials is obtained.Then,the material flow law,temperature change and forming load change in the die cavity during the forming process are analyzed.Compared with the hot forging process,the semi-solid forming process of claw pole reduces the maximum forming load by 73%and the energy consumption in the forming process by 83%.
