摘要
行星滚柱丝杠具有高传动精度、大负载、小震动与低噪声和耐用时间长等优点而被广泛研究。但其核心部件滚柱在加工及热处理过程中极易产生弯曲,影响传动精度。本文针对滚柱弯曲现象,采用二次滚压方式对弯曲滚柱进行径向滚压校直。建立了滚柱滚压校直成形模型,并利用有限元软件,对滚柱的成形工艺及二次滚压进行模拟,研究了二次滚轧后滚柱的齿廓齿形精度、直径变化和径向跳动。实验显示,滚柱齿形完整且精度和表面光洁度得到有效提高,改善了一次滚轧时产生的齿顶兔耳现象。小直径端跳动减小60%以上,中间段跳动减小45%,得到有效改善。为今后采用滚压旋转校直成形工艺提供了关键的技术支撑。
Planetary roller screw has been widely studied due to its high transmission accuracy,large load,small vibration,low noise and long durability.However,the core component roller is prone to bending during processing and heat treatment,which affects the transmission precision.In order to solve the roller bending phenomenon,a radial secondary rolling rotation straightening method is proposed.The roller straightening forming model was established,and the forming process and secondary rolling of the roll were simulated by using finite element software.The tooth profile precision,the diameter change and radial runout of the roller after rolling straightening were studied.The experiment shows that the roller tooth profile is complete and the precision and surface finish are effectively improved,which improves the tooth top rabbit ear phenomenon during initial rolling.The run-out error of the small diameter is reduced by more than 60%,and the middle section run-out error is reduced by 45%,which is effectively improved.It provides the key technical support for the rolling rotation straightening process in the future.
