酸连轧机组卷取缺陷控制研究

摘要 针对某酸轧机组生产的钢卷出现的松卷和塌芯问题,通过研究卷取理论,认为卷取工艺影响卸卷后钢卷受力导致了缺陷。松卷主要是由卷取稳态下给定的卷取张力不适用引起,通过分析缺陷与卷取张力、层间压力等因素的关系,以屈服强度、厚度为条件进行分档,优化了钢卷的卷取张力。对薄规格低屈服的带钢卸卷后出现的塌芯,采取硬芯卷取控制措施,并优化了初始卷取张力和卷取圈数,此项措施对预防厚度≤0.8 mm的带钢出现塌芯起到了有效的作用。 The problems of loose coil and core collapse of coil produced by a sour rolling mill were investigated.Through the study of coiling theory,it thinks that the coiling process affects the force of steel coil after uncoiling and leads to defects.Loose coiling is mainly caused by the insuitability of the given coiling tension in the steady state of coiling.By analyzing the relationship between the defects and coiling tension,interlayer pressure and other factors,the coiling tension of the steel coil is optimized by classifying the steel coil according to the yield strength and thickness.For the collapse of thin strip with low yield after unwinding,the control measures of hard coiling were adopted,and the initial tension and winding number were optimized.This measure plays an effective role in preventing the collapse of thin strip coiling with thickness≤0.8 mm.
