无心车床刀具动态调整机构设计

摘要 为解决加工直径200 mm以上棒料的全自动化高端无心车床的国产化问题,设计了一种基于差动轮系的刀具在线动态调整机构。当无心车床在持续加工棒材的过程中,调刀伺服电机驱动差动轮系的太阳轮静止、正传、反转三种模式可分别实现对刀具的固定、进给和退回的三种控制,通过具有径向齿圈和端面齿轮的复合齿轮,其端面齿和齿轮丝杠啮合带动齿轮丝杠的转动,并驱动刀具在刀盘上径向移动,可以在线补偿刀具磨损和自动刀具位置调整。解决了现有无心车床在线动态调整功能的不足,实现了全自动化加工。 To solve the localization problem of high-end fully automated centerless lathes for bars with diameters over 200 mm,an online dynamic adjustment tool mechanism based on differential gear system was designed.When the centerless lathe is continuously processing bars,the three modes(static,forward and reverse)of sun gear driven by the cutter servo motor,can respectively achieve three kinds of control modes(fixing,feeding and returning)of the tool.Through the composite gear with radial gear and face gear,the face gear drives the rotation of the screw to realize the continuously radial movement of the cutter on the cutterhead,then the automatic tool compensation and the automatic tool position adjustment can be accomplished.It solves the shortage of on-line dynamic cutting adjustment function of existing centerless lathes and realizes full automatic processing.
