‘清香’核桃油脂肪酸组成分析及对高血脂型血管结构的改善作用

摘要 探讨‘清香’核桃油的脂肪酸组成以及对高血脂的改善作用。利用GC-MS分析脂肪酸组成,然后对阳性对照组、阴性对照组、实验组小鼠进行血清(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)检测血管结构改善分析。结论:‘清香’核桃油脂肪酸主要成分由亚油酸、油酸、棕榈酸、亚麻酸组成,且亚油酸含量最高,油酸次之;与阴性对照组相比较,实验组小鼠进行血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C含量及血管壁厚度和血管腔面积差异不显著(P>0.05),说明‘清香’核桃油对血管结构具有改善作用。‘清香’核桃油脂肪酸主要成分由亚油酸、油酸、棕榈酸、亚麻酸组成,且对高血脂型血管结构具有改善作用。研究结果为核桃油保健品开发提供依据。 To investigate the fatty acid composition of‘Qingxiang’walnut oil and its effect on hyperlipidemia.The fatty acid composition was analyzed by GC-MS,and then the blood vessel structure of mice in positive control group,negative control group and experimental group was detected by serum(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C).Conclusion:The main fatty acids of‘Qingxiang’walnut oil were linoleic acid,oleic acid,palmitic acid and linolenic acid,and the content of linoleic acid was the highest,followed by oleic acid;Compared with the negative control group,there was no significant difference in the contents of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in serum,the thickness of vascular wall and the area of vascular cavity in the experimental group(P>0.05),indicating that‘Qingxiang’walnut oil can improve the vascular structure.The fatty acids of‘Qingxiang’walnut oil are mainly composed of linoleic acid,oleic acid,palmitic acid and linolenic acid,and can improve the structure of hyperlipidemic blood vessels.The results of this study provide a basis for the development of walnut oil health products.
