浅论预制装配式混凝土的质量缺陷及控制措施

Discussion on quality defects and control measures of prefabricated concrete

PC为Precast Concrete(混凝土预制件)的英文缩写,在住宅工业领域称作PC构件。混凝土配合比设计、搅拌站生产、布料、模台振捣、拉毛、静养、蒸养、起模、吊运、堆放、运输、安装等工序中的各个控制环节如控制不当,易造成预制构件质量问题。结合笔者公司PC构件生产过程,针对构件易出现的质量缺陷问题进行分析并提出相应控制措施,以供参考。

PC is the English abbreviation of precast concrete,which is called PC component in the field of residential industry.Improper control of various control links in concrete mix proportion design,mixing plant production,distribution,formwork platform vibration,roughening,rest,steam curing,formwork lifting,hoisting,stacking,transportation,installation and other processes is easy to cause quality problems of prefabricated components.Combined with the actual production process of PC components in our company,this paper analyzes the quality defects of components and puts forward corresponding control measures for your reference.
