“四新”建设背景下的新体育科建设理念与路径

Concepts and Paths of the New Physical Education Construction under the Background of“Four-New”Con⁃struction

面对百年未有之大变局,为加快推进高等教育现代化,党中央提出了推动“四新”建设引领高等教育的“质量革命”。“四新”建设意义重大、影响深远,对新体育科建设具有重要的指导价值。新体育科建设要以“四新”建设为引领,立足新体育科的基本特点,坚持交叉融合、入流彰特、实践驱动,坚持服务于人民对健康长寿的希望,坚持服务于人民对美好生活的向往,坚持服务于国家和地方的社会经济发展,坚持更好彰显体育的积极价值和社会功能等新体育科建设理念。基于体育运动实践活动和人才培养规律,创造性建设包含体育文科、体育理科、体育工科、体育健康科和体育技术科等新体育科,推动体育学科专业的内涵式高质量发展,实现高等体育教育的“质量革命”。

Today’s world is in the midst of great changes that have not been seen in a century,the Central Committee of the China Communist Party have put forward the“Quality Revolution”of Four-New construction leading higher education for accelerating the modernization of higher education.Four-New con⁃struction is of great significance and far-reaching influence,that has important guiding value for the construction of new physical education.The construction of the new physical education should be guided by Four-New construction and based on the basic characteristics of new physical education,and adhere to construction concept of crossing fusion,going along with the trend while showing individuality,and practice driven,adhere to the construction concept of serving the people’s hope for health and long life-time,adhere to the construction concept of serving the people’s yearning for a better life,adhere to the construction concept of serving the national and local socio-economic development,adhere to the construction concept of demonstrating the positive influ⁃ence and social value of physical education.For promoting the connotative high-quality development of physical education and realizing the“Quality Revolu⁃tion”of higher physical education,we should develop a new physical education along with the science of humanities,science,engineering,health and tech⁃nology creatively and based on the practice of physical education and the rule of talent training.
