基于平台经济视角的中国足球协会超级联赛俱乐部转型研究

Transition of the Club of China Football Association Super League Based on the Platform Economy Perspective

近年来随着我国内外部经济环境总体趋紧,特别是在新冠肺炎疫情影响下,作为以大中型企业“子公司”形式存在的中国足球协会超级联赛俱乐部正面临着原有依赖路径失效和生存压力增大的双重挑战。因此,中国足球协会超级联赛俱乐部亟待转型以找寻出一条健康稳定的发展路径。研究提出,俱乐部转型要与“母公司”扶持才能生存的现实联系起来,并基于双边市场理论的平台经济视角,探讨中国足球协会超级联赛俱乐部平台经济业态的理论逻辑,提出由单边市场转向双边市场的平台经济业态是中国足球协会超级联赛俱乐部转型的新方向;结合当前社会经济发展趋势提出并分析中国足球协会超级联赛俱乐部双边市场下平台经济发展的实现路径,以期达到促进中国足球协会超级联赛俱乐部稳定健康,探寻中国特色职业体育发展路径的研究目的,为中国职业足球的高质量改革发展提供有价值的参考。

With the tightening of the domestic and global economic environment,especially under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic,the clubs of Chi⁃na Football Association Super League,which exist as"subsidiaries"in the form of large and medium-sized enterprises,are encountering the loss of the path de⁃pendence and pressure on survival.Therefore,these clubs are in urgent need of structural transition to seek for new development path.The transition of clubs should be linked to the support of investor,and based on the platform economic perspective of the bilateral market theory,the theoretical logic of the platform economic format of the clubs is discussed.The platform economy format of the one-side market shifting to the multisided-market is the new direction of the transition of the clubs of China Football Association Super League;It analyzes the platform economical development path of clubs.In order to promoting the sta⁃bility of clubs and exploring the development path of professional sports with Chinese characteristics,the research provides potential theoretical guidance for the high-quality reform and development of professional football in China.
