信息技术服务业促进体育用品制造业转型升级效率评价研究——以湖北省为例

Evaluation on the Efficiency of Information Technology Service Industry in Promoting the Transformation and Upgrading of Sports Goods Manufacturing Industry:Taking Hubei Province as an example

运用DEA数据包络分析法,选取2007—2020年省域时间序列数据,从综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率和投影分析,对湖北省信息技术服务业促进体育用品制造业转型升级的效率进行实证检验。湖北省信息技术服务业促进体育用品制造业转型升级的综合效率水平整体偏低,导致综合效率整体偏低,主要原因是规模效率不高;湖北省信息技术服务业作为一种全新生产投入要素尚未实现最优配置,体育用品制造业转型升级的产出指标仍具有较大上升空间;湖北省信息技术服务业促进体育用品制造业转型升级的业务结构、经济效益和创新能力的效率表现出相似动态演变特征,信息技术服务业在促进体育用品制造业转型升级创新能力增强方面发挥了较高效率,但在业务结构优化、经济效益提升方面的效率有待提高。从加快信息技术服务业发展,推动行业间的创新融合,加强信息技术基础设施建设等视角,提出促进湖北省体育用品制造业转型升级效率的相关建议。

Using DEA data envelopment analysis method,this paper selected provincial time series data from 2007 to 2017,and conducted an empirical test on the efficiency of information technology service industry in promoting the transformation and upgrading of sports goods manufacturing industry in Hubei Province from the perspectives of comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and projection analysis.The results showed that:(1)The overall efficiency level of information technology service industry in Hubei province in promoting the transformation and upgrading of sports goods manu⁃facturing industry is low.The effective years account for 45.45%,and the ineffective years account for 54.55%.The main reason for the overall low efficiency is the low scale efficiency(.2)The information technology service industry in Hubei Province,as a new production input factor,has not yet achieved the opti⁃mal allocation,and the output index of the transformation and upgrading of the sports goods manufacturing industry still has a large room to rise;(3)infor⁃mation technology services,promote transformation and upgrading of sports goods manufacturing industry in Hubei province's business structure,economic benefit and the efficiency of innovation ability showed similar dynamic evolution characteristics,information technology services to promote transformation and upgrading of sports goods manufacturing industry innovation ability enhancement have played a high efficiency,but in the business structure optimiza⁃tion,improve economic efficiency to be improved.Finally,from the perspective of accelerating the development of information technology service industry,promoting the innovation and integration among industries,and strengthening the construction of information technology infrastructure,some suggestions are put forward to promote the transformation and upgrading efficiency of the sports goods manufacturing industry in Hubei Province.
