摘要
为了提高电动汽车的加速性能和经济性,针对两挡机械式自动变速器纯电动汽车传动系统参数优化问题,提出一种基于AVL-Cruise的自动变速器速比优化方法。首先,基于AVL-Cruise建立两挡自动变速器的纯电动汽车整车模型,主要包括电机、变速器、驱动轴和车轮,并对模型进行相应参数的匹配以及验证;然后,建立保证车辆经济性和动力性最优的目标函数,利用Isight中的自适应模拟退火算法(ASA)进行各挡的速比优化;最后,在NEDC循环工况下,将优化前后的整车性能数据进行对比。结果表明,除了纯电动汽车最高车速略有下降,其他各项性能都得到了有效提升。
For the purpose of improving the acceleration performance and economy of electric vehicles,this paper proposes an automatic transmission speed ratio optimization method based on AVL-Cruise for the optimization of two-speed automatic transmission electric vehicle.Above all,the whole vehicle model of electric vehicle with two speed automatic transmission is established based on AVL cruise,mainly including motor,transmission,drive shaft and wheel,and the corresponding parameters of the model are matched and verified.Then,the objective function to ensure the optimal vehicle economy and dynamic performance is established,and the speed ratio of each gear is optimized by using the adaptive simulated annealing algorithm(ASA)in isight.Finally,under NEDC cycle conditions,the vehicle performance data before and after optimization are compared,and the results show that all the performance has been effectively improved except for a slight decrease in the maximum speed of the electric vehicle.
