五点支撑腰背肌锻炼联合PVP在骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折中的效果评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of the Effect of Five Point Support Lumbodorsal Muscle Exercise Combined with PVP in Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture

摘要 目的:探讨五点支撑腰背肌锻炼联合PVP治疗单椎体骨质疏松性骨折的效果。方法:选择我院2016年5月-2018年5月骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者56例,根据术后是否功能锻炼不同,随机分为功能锻炼组(观察组)28例和非功能锻炼组(对照组)28例,对比2组疗效。结果:术后56例均获得随访,随访时间12个月,分别记录术前、术后3个月、术后6个月、术后1年VAS评分及ODI值和手术时间及骨水泥注入量,2组患者年龄、性别、椎体节段分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在骨水泥注入量及手术时间比较2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组术前VAS评分、ODI值差异无统计学意义(P>O.05);观察组术后3个月、术后6个月、术后12个月VAS评分分别为(1.17±0.81)分、(1.14±0.71)分、(1.07±0.97)分,对照组分别为(1.25±1.00)分、(1.29±1.01)分.(1.21±1.03)分,虽然各个时间点观察组要低于对照组,但是2组在各个时间点之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后3个月、术后个6月、术后12个月ODI值分别为(19.50±3.04)分、(17.82±2.06)分、(16.79±1.85)分,对照组分别为(21.35±3.72)分、(19.21±2.85)分、(19.03±3.27)分,2组在各个时间点之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且观察组要优于对照组。结论:PVP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折效果良好,功能锻炼能有利于病人康复。 Objective:To explore the efct of functional exercise on the treatment of osteoporotic fracture of sin-gle vertebral body with PVP.Methods:From May 2016 to may 2018,56 patients with osteoporotic vertebral com-pression fracture were randomly divided into functional exercise group(28 cases)and non functional exercise group(28 cases)according to whether functional exercise was different after operation.Results:all 56 patients were fol-lowed up for 12 months.The VAS score,ODI value,operation time and the amount of bone cement were recorded before operation,3 months after operation,6 months after operation and 1 year after operation.Results:There was no significant difference in age,gender and vertebral segment distribution between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the amount of bone cement injection and operation time(P>0.05).The difference of VAS score and ODI between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).The VAS scores of functional exercise group were(1.17±0.81)at 3 months,6 months and 12 months re-spectively(1.14±0.71),(1.07±0.97),the non functional exercise group were(1.25±1.00),(1.29±1.01),(1.21±1.03)although the functional exercise group was lower than the non functional exercise group at each time point,there was no significant difference between the two groups at each time point(P>0.05),the ODI values of the functional exercise group at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation were(19.50±3.04)(17.82±2.06)(16.79).The difference between the two groups at each time point was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the functional exercise group was better than the non functional exercise group.Conclusion:PVP is effective in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,and the functional exercise is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
