Institutional Isomorphism of Social Organizations in Resource Dependence:Take Party-building in Social Organizations as Example

从新制度主义和资源依赖理论两个视角对社会组织的党建实践进行比较分析,推导出关于社会组织党建的系列研究假设,并利用某市社会组织数据对研究假设进行检验。数据分析结果表明,资源依赖和合法性机制均对社会组织的党建工作有显著影响。而且,随着社会组织资源获取方式和运作越来越市场化,社会组织也越来越从经济利益角度权衡党建工作,即能否获利、是否有助于业务发展。这为推进和完善社会组织党建工作提供了重要启示,即顺应社会组织资源获取的多元化和市场化趋势,加强党建工作与社会组织实务的融合。

Based on new institutionalism and resource dependence theory,the article deduces a series of research hypotheses on the Party-building in social organizations and test these hypotheses by employing data of social organizations in a city.Data analysis shows that both resource dependence and legitimacy mechanisms have significant effect on Party-building in social organizations.With the marketization of their resource acquisition and operation logic,social organizations more and more weigh the Party-building from the angle of economic interest.This provides an important inspiration for promoting the Party-building in social organizations,that is,according to the marketization and diversification of its resource acquisition,it is necessary to promote the integration of social organizations’business and Party-building.
