芪参益气滴丸对慢性心力衰竭患者血脂及心功能的影响

Effects of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills on blood lipids and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨芪参益气滴丸对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血脂及心功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月~2021年6月收治的CHF患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各38例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组的用药基础上加用芪参益气滴丸。观察比较两组的临床疗效、血脂水平[高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)]以及安全性。结果研究组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组的血脂指标TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于治疗前,HDL-C水平高于治疗前,且研究组各指标水平改善优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组的LVEDD、LVESV、LVEDV水平均低于治疗前,LVEF水平高于治疗前,且研究组各指标改善均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸能改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,调控血脂水平,提高临床疗效,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills on blood lipids and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 76 CHF patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into the study group(n=38)and the control group(n=38)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,while the study group was given Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid levels[high density protein(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density protein(LDL-C)],cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)]and safety were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of LVEDD,LVESV and LVEDV in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of LVEF was higher than that before treatment,and the improvement of the above indicators in the study group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 for each).Conclusion Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills can improve cardiac function,enhance clinical efficacy,regulate blood lipid levels,and do not significantly increase toxic and side effects,with high safety.
