基于FCC模式干预髋关节置换术后的护理效果

Evaluation of nursing effect after intervention of hip joint replacement based on FCC model

目的探讨基于以家庭为中心的护理(FCC)模式干预髋关节置换术(THR)术后的护理效果。方法选取2020年1~8月在我院行THR的患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上给予FCC模式干预措施。比较两组患者出院前、后的髋关节功能,日常生活能力(ADL)及并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果两组患者出院后1、3、6个月时的Harris和Barthel指数评分均明显高于出院前,且研究组各时间段的Harris和Barthel指数评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症发生率比较,研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为100%,明显高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于FCC模式干预THR术后的护理效果显著,能有效改善患者髋关节功能和日常生活能力,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of family-centered care(FCC)intervention after hip replacement surgery(THR).Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent THR in the Department of Spine and Joint in our hospital from January 2020 to August 2020 were selected.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the study group was given FCC mode intervention measures on the basis of the control group.The hip joint function,ability of daily living(ADL),complications,and nursing satisfaction before and after discharge from the two groups were compared.Results The Harris and Barthel index scores of patients in the two groups were significantly higher than those before discharge at 1,3 and 6 months after discharge,and the Harris and Barthel index scores of study groups were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05 for both).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of FCC-based intervention after THR is significant,it can effectively improve the hip joint function and daily living ability for patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
