柳州市院前急救护理人员队伍现状分析

Analysis of current situation of first-aid nursing personnel in Liuzhou City

目的分析柳州市院前急救护理人员队伍现状,为合理配置院前急救资源提供科学依据。方法采用设计调查表和抽样考核,对柳州市院前急救护理人力资源进调查并分析。结果606名院前急救护理人员中,职称占比最高的为护师309名(50.99%),三级医院院前急救护理人员的职称高于二级及以下医院(P<0.001),综合医院院前急救护理人员的职称高于专科医院(P<0.001)。从业年限占比最高为>3年的有472名(77.89%)。抽样考核中,成人气管插管术考核合格率最低为95.21%,不同考核项目总合格率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论院前急救护理人员职称、从业年限等在不同类型医院间分布不平衡,建议均衡各类型院前急救护理人力资源。急救技能培训以培训成人气管插管技术为重点,加强基层院前急救护士队伍培训力度,建立院前急救系统卫生人才队伍建设的长效机制。

Objective Analyzing the present situation of first-aid nursing personnel in Liuzhou city provide scientific basis for rational allocation of first-aid resources.Methods Questionnaire and sampling assessment were designed to investigate and analyze the human resources of first-aid nurses in Liuzhou city.Results Among 606 first-aid nurses,the highest proportion of professional titles is primary nurse,with 309(50.99%).The professional title of first-aid nurses in tertiary hospitals was higher than that in secondary and below hospitals(P<0.001),and the professional title of fist-aid nurses in general hospitals was higher than that in specialist hospitals(P<0.001).The highest proportion of working years was over 3 years,with 472(77.89%).In the sample assessment,the qualified rate of adult tracheal intubation examination was the lowest,which was 95.21%.The total qualified rate of different assessment items was significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion The distribution of professional title and working years of firs-aid nursing personnel is unbalanced among different types of hospitals.It is suggested to balance the human resources of first-aid nursing of different type hospital.First aid skills training focuses on the training of adult endotracheal intubation techniques.Strengthen the training of grass-roots first-aid nurses,and establish a long-term mechanism for health talent team in the first-aid system.
