SBAR模式在急诊预检分诊中的应用研究

Research on application of SBAR model in emergency triage

目的探讨SBAR模式在急诊预检分诊中的应用效果。方法选取我院2021年3~11月急诊预检分诊患者80例、医护人员40名作为观察组(SBAR模式),另选取我院2020年3~11月急诊预检分诊患者80例、医护人员40名作为对照组(常规分诊及经验分诊法),比较两组分诊评估时间、分诊挂号时间、急诊滞留时间、候诊环境、候诊时间、就诊次序、信息沟通、预检服务评分、分诊准确率以及医护人员的满意度情况。结果观察组的分诊评估时间、分诊挂号时间、急诊滞留时间与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组的候诊环境、候诊时间、就诊次序、信息沟通、预检服务评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组的分诊准确率为96.25%,高于对照组的88.75%(P<0.05)。两组医护人员的满意度比较,观察组的满意度评分为(95.80±6.26)分,明显高于对照组的(84.97±5.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SBAR沟通模式应用于急诊预检分诊中可缩短评估、挂号及急诊滞留时间,提高了患者就诊服务满意度及医护人员满意度,提高了护理人员预检分诊准确率,整体应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of SBAR model in emergency screening and triage.Methods From March 2021 to November 2021,80 patients and 40 medical staff in our hospital were selected as the observation group(SBAR model),and from March 2020 to November 2020,80 patients and 40 medical staff in our hospital were selected as the control group(routine triage and experience triage).The evaluation time and triage of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the evaluation time,registration time of triage,and emergency stay time of observation group were statistically significant(P<0.05 for each).Compared with the control group,the observation group had statistically significant differences in waiting environment,waiting time,visiting order,information communication and pre-screening service scores(P<0.05 for each).The diagnostic accuracy of observation group was 96.25%,which was higher than 88.75%of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of doctors and nurses in the observation group was(95.80±6.26),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.97±5.56),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SBAR communication mode can shorten the time of evaluation,registration and emergency detention,improve the satisfaction of patients'medical service and medical care,and improve the accuracy of nurses'pre-screening and triage.The overall application effect is remarkable.
